The design for a three building, 750 bedroom complex at Eastern Connecticut State University was a response to a design-build specification issued by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Works for competitive submission. DuBose Associates prepared comlete design plans, elevations, perspectives, and site documents for this complex within a two month period working in conjuction with the design-build construction manager team.
