Noble Hall Dormitory at Eastern Connecticut State University is an exciting example of breathing new life into an aging and derelict structure through adaptive reuse. Originally slated for demolition, the historicially significant, 80-year-old, 70,000 SF elementary school building was given a new lease on life as a state-of-the-art 217-bed college dormitory facility.

The dormitory features 52 suites, each with kitchen and bathroom facilities, state-of-the-art voice, data and security systems, computer and study rooms and a fitness center.
