800 Beds of apartment and suite style student housing were designed by Du Bose Associates, Inc. Architects for Place Properties an Atlanta based national student housing developer and the University of Rhode Island. This design-build proposal was part of a competition conducted by the University to privately develop additional housing on three sites. Two of the sites included commercial development on the lower level.
