This component of the project consists of new mixed-use buildings located in the historic district of Watch Hill, Rhode Island. Designed to meet the stringent zoning requirements and blend with the context of beautiful seaside cottage style houses, this building houses retail stores at the street level and 1,500 to 2,000 square foot flats and townhouses at the two upper levels. Built of wood framed construction the architecture is influenced by the neighborhood shingle style homes.
