This three-story 60,000 SF facility houses a dental clinic pharmacy, optometrist, lab and x-ray facility on the ground floor, counseling and administrative space on the upper two floors and a physical therapy suite in the basement. A new reception, registration and waiting area connects it to the existing 20,000 SF clinic facility. The building, while economical in construction, is designed to complement its Albany Avenue neighborhood and will be a major landmark in the revitalization of that area.
