Development of a Master Plan for the high density build-out of a spectacular site on the Connecticut River opposite Hartford. The project comprises more than 1,500,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space, retail establishments, a hotel and parking for 6,500 cars. The centerpiece of the project is a crescent-shaped urban court formed by the arcaded retail/restaurant complex and containing a major water element. The backdrop for the court is the Connecticut River and the Hartford skyline beyond.
