Gothic Park is a contemporary office complex which takes its aesthetic cues from the neighboring 1860's Perkins-Clark house, a Hartford landmark and home of the firm Du Bose Associates, Inc. Architects, the designers of the project. Gothic Park combines the overall forms of the Gothic-Revival, mid-19th century naturalistic design approach, with contemporary glass and steel curtain-wall construction. It is a business complex embracing 19th century charm and graciousness, and 20th century technology and efficiency.
