The Inn at Watch Hill is an old two story building facing the harbor in the historic district of Watch Hill, Rhode Island. The fifteen thousand square foot structure housed seasonal retail stores on the first floor and hotel units on the second floor. The scope of the work included the complete wood frame reconstruction of the second floor and its conversion into eight , eight hundred square foot, two bedroom two bath condominium luxury units , each featuring a balcony overlooking the bay. Construction of second level took place while the first floor retail stores remained occupied.
