The project mainly consisted of interior renovations and exterior element updates with a $4.5 Million budget. The interior renovation encompassed approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of the facilities. The interior scope included full renovation of the ballroom, kitchen, bathroom facilities, dining rooms, bedrooms and suites. It also included the renovation of the spa area and the addition of health and fitness facilities. Being a historical building, the exterior updates and remodelings needed to have special attention. The project was required to be done at a faster pace due to owners schedule. Therefore, design and construction phases were successfully fast-tracked meeting clients deadline.
