Design/Build for a new 250,000 SF Manufacturing Facility for the historic manufacturer of the famous Winchester rifle. The facility houses sophisticated and flexible manufacturing and assembly systems as well as a variety of employee amenities. Special building mechanical systems were designed to handle foundry, woodworking, paint and finish operations.
