Wheeler Farm condominium project consists of 21 townhouse living units of 1600 SF each located on a wooded 3 acre building site in Westerly Rhode Island. The site was developed as a farm in the late 1800’s. The original farmhouse, stone barn, stone milk house and stone wall structures will be saved and incorporated into the design where practical. The barn will be converted into two townhouse units, and the milk house will be incorporated into a new two unit townhouse building. The existing farmhouse will be renovated and utilized as a community building and museum for historic photographs .
